True hospitality identity engages all five senses

We design the comprehensive sensory and aesthetic blueprint of the property or the brand, bridging graphic design with architecture and interior styling. By defining the spatial brief and FF&E direction, we guide how the physical environments communicate, while simultaneously layering in the finer details of sound, scent, and textiles. This holistic approach ensures that every corridor, sign and branded amenity becomes a deliberate expression of the hotel’s character.

Logo, typography, graphic elements such as patterns and icons, and a layout system for print and digital — we develop the complete visual language the hotel will speak across every surface and touchpoint.

From the brand colors that carry across print and textile, to the right paper for collateral, fabric textures for the furniture, and material suggestions for the interior — we make sure the hotel's identity is felt in every corner.

Before architects draw the first line, we brief them on what each space must feel like, what it should communicate, and who it is for. We create the spatial narrative that maps the guest's emotional journey across the hotel's spaces, plus the moodboards and material references that keep every corner aligned to the same visual and atmospheric direction. We also hold regular design reviews to maintain brand coherence throughout.

Every sign, marker, and directional cue — designed so that finding the way through the hotel feels effortless and unmistakably on brand.

A space can be perfectly designed and still feel empty or disconnected from the rest of the hotel's concept and brand. Interior styling and décor curation is the final layer — the carefully chosen and placed sculptures, lamps, plants, magazines, cushions, and rugs layered over the FF&E base to add depth and warmth. We curate the pieces that convey the hotel's cultural references, infusing each space with life.

Scent is the strongest memory trigger we have — meaning guests who encounter it again anywhere in the world are instantly transported back to the hotel. Carefully choosing the right scent for each zone — from the lobby and corridors to the rooms, spa, and restaurant — deepens the guest's emotional journey and becomes a return trigger in itself. Whether we develop a completely unique signature scent or curate from existing fragrances, each zone can have its own scent chapter within the same olfactory world.

Sound is the most consistent sensory experience in a hotel. The music in the lobby, the ambient sound in the spa, the playlist in the restaurant, the silence in the corridor — all of it shapes mood, pace, and how long guests linger in a space. Drawing on the hotel's concept and brand, we design the full sonic world of the hotel, zone by zone and hour by hour, so that what guests hear is in absolute cohesion with what they experience through every other sense. And with our partner, composer Hannes Bertolini, we create a custom sound identity for all communication channels, from an audio logo for a logo animation to a phone jingle.

From bespoke uniform design to full appearance guidelines, we shape the complete staff style direction, rooted in your hotel's concept, brand identity, history, and sense of place — so that every person on your team, regardless of role or zone, becomes a living expression of the hotel and the culture it carries.

Every object a guest picks up, unwraps, or takes home is a brand moment — from the key card slipped into their pocket on arrival to the toiletry flacon they finish at home weeks later. We design and curate the full collateral and amenity world, ensuring every piece feels like it belongs to the same considered hotel concept and brand as the space around it.

The brand standards manual is the definitive operational blueprint that holds everything together. It translates every creative and strategic decision into an actionable system, whether you are operating a single boutique flagship or launching your own independent flag across multiple properties. For a single hotel, it ensures the experience looks, sounds, and feels consistent from day one to year ten, surviving staff turnover and leadership changes. For scaling portfolios, it serves as a replicable framework that protects your brand equity, simplifies onboarding for new partners, and prevents brand drift across locations.

We were very impressed with the agency’s expertise in the strategy phase, such as the depth of the target group analysis. The cooperation with the entire team was great during the implementation. The result is very beautiful and the feedback from our guests is excellent.
